Daniil Dulov 3a301ec9d2 media: pvrusb2: remove redundant NULL check

Pointer dip->stream cannot be NULL due to a shift, thus remove redundant
NULL check.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
