bf70a16084 drm/msm/dpu: don't play tricks with debug macros
[ Upstream commit df24373435f5899a2a98b7d377479c8d4376613b ]

DPU debugging macros need to be converted to a proper drm_debug_*
macros, however this is a going an intrusive patch, not suitable for a
fix. Wire DPU_DEBUG and DPU_DEBUG_DRIVER to always use DRM_DEBUG_DRIVER
to make sure that DPU debugging messages always end up in the drm debug
messages and are controlled via the usual drm.debug mask.

I don't think that it is a good idea for a generic DPU_DEBUG macro to be
tied to DRM_UT_KMS. It is used to report a debug message from driver, so by
default it should go to the DRM_UT_DRIVER channel. While refactoring
debug macros later on we might end up with particular messages going to
ATOMIC or KMS, but DRIVER should be the default.

a4ea9838b0 drm/msm/dpu: Always flush the slave INTF on the CTL
[ Upstream commit 2b938c3ab0a69ec6ea587bbf6fc2aec3db4a8736 ]

As we can clearly see in a downstream kernel [1], flushing the slave INTF
is skipped /only if/ the PPSPLIT topology is active.

However, when DPU was originally submitted to mainline PPSPLIT was no
longer part of it (seems to have been ripped out before submission), but
this clause was incorrectly ported from the original SDE driver. Given
that there is no support for PPSPLIT (currently), flushing the slave
INTF should /never/ be skipped (as the `if (ppsplit && !master) goto
skip;` clause downstream never becomes true).

6e54edf665 drm/msm/dpu: add division of drm_display_mode's hskew parameter
[ Upstream commit 551ee0f210991d25f336bc27262353bfe99d3eed ]

Setting up the timing engine when the physical encoder has a split role
neglects dividing the drm_display_mode's hskew parameter. Let's fix this
since this must also be done in preparation for implementing YUV420 over
DP.

ac68659c18 drm/msm/dpu: change _dpu_plane_calc_bw() to use u64 to avoid overflow
[ Upstream commit 95e681ca3b65e4ce3d2537b47672d787b7d30375 ]

_dpu_plane_calc_bw() uses integer variables to calculate the bandwidth
used during plane bandwidth calculations. However for high resolution
displays this overflows easily and leads to below errors

[dpu error]crtc83 failed performance check -7

Promote the intermediate variables to u64 to avoid overflow.

changes in v2:
	- change to u64 where actually needed in the math
