ac19119a1c cifs: add a warning when the in-flight count goes negative
[ Upstream commit e4645cc2f1e2d6f268bb8dcfac40997c52432aed ]

We've seen the in-flight count go into negative with some
internal stress testing in Microsoft.

Adding a WARN when this happens, in hope of understanding
why this happens when it happens.

[ Upstream commit af1689a9b7701d9907dfc84d2a4b57c4bc907144 ]

Validate offsets and lengths before dereferencing create contexts in
smb2_parse_contexts().

This fixes following oops when accessing invalid create contexts from

f59074fb01 smb3: Replace smb2pdu 1-element arrays with flex-arrays
commit eb3e28c1e89b4984308777231887e41aa8a0151f upstream.

The kernel is globally removing the ambiguous 0-length and 1-element
arrays in favor of flexible arrays, so that we can gain both compile-time
and run-time array bounds checking[1].

Replace the trailing 1-element array with a flexible array in the
following structures:

        struct smb2_err_rsp
        struct smb2_tree_connect_req
        struct smb2_negotiate_rsp
        struct smb2_sess_setup_req
        struct smb2_sess_setup_rsp
        struct smb2_read_req
        struct smb2_read_rsp
        struct smb2_write_req
        struct smb2_write_rsp
        struct smb2_query_directory_req
        struct smb2_query_directory_rsp
        struct smb2_set_info_req
        struct smb2_change_notify_rsp
        struct smb2_create_rsp
        struct smb2_query_info_req
        struct smb2_query_info_rsp

Replace the trailing 1-element array with a flexible array, but leave
the existing structure padding:

        struct smb2_file_all_info
        struct smb2_lock_req

Adjust all related size calculations to match the changes to sizeof().

No machine code output or .data section differences are produced after
these changes.

712a5a6f14 smb: client: fix potential NULL deref in parse_dfs_referrals()
[ Upstream commit 92414333eb375ed64f4ae92d34d579e826936480 ]

If server returned no data for FSCTL_DFS_GET_REFERRALS, @dfs_rsp will
remain NULL and then parse_dfs_referrals() will dereference it.

Fix this by returning -EIO when no output data is returned.

Besides, we can't fix it in SMB2_ioctl() as some FSCTLs are allowed to
return no data as per MS-SMB2 2.2.32.
