Considering that in some extreme cases,
when u_serial driver is accessed by multiple threads,
Thread A is executing the open operation and calling the gs_open,
Thread B is executing the disconnect operation and calling the
gserial_disconnect function,The port->port_usb pointer will be set to NULL.
E.g.

Crash
This causes thread A to access a null pointer (port->port_usb is null)
when calling the gs_free_requests function, causing a crash.
If port_usb is NULL, the release request will be skipped as it
will be done by gserial_disconnect.
So add a null pointer check to gs_start_io before attempting
to access the value of the pointer port->port_usb.

If the clocks priv->iclk and priv->fclk were not enabled in ehci_hcd_sh_probe,
they should not be disabled in any path.
Conversely, if they was enabled in ehci_hcd_sh_probe, they must be disabled
in all error paths to ensure proper cleanup.
Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with Klever.

On Rasperry Pis without onboard USB hub the power cycle during
power connect init only disable the port but never enabled it again:
usb usb1-port1: attempt power cycle
The port relevant part in dwc2_hcd_hub_control() is skipped in case
port_connect_status = 0 under the assumption the core is or will be soon
in device mode. But this assumption is wrong, because after ClearPortFeature
USB_PORT_FEAT_POWER the port_connect_status will also be 0 and
SetPortFeature (incl. USB_PORT_FEAT_POWER) will be a no-op.
Fix the behavior of dwc2_hcd_hub_control() by replacing the
port_connect_status check with dwc2_is_device_mode().

If the current USB request was aborted, the spi thread would not respond
to any further requests. This is because the "curr_urb" pointer would
not become NULL, so no further requests would be taken off the queue.
The solution here is to set the "urb_done" flag, as this will cause the
correct handling of the URB. Also clear interrupts that should only be
expected if an URB is in progress.

Ensure there is enough space before adding MPTCP options in
tcp_syn_options().
Without this check, 'remaining' could underflow, and causes issues. If
there is not enough space, MPTCP should not be used.

* This function is meant for cleaning up going from STA to AP mode
* On latest 18.1 builds deleting/deactivating AP interface causes
hotspot not to work, hostapd starts up and system says hotspot
is on, but due to a kernel error (vif type isn't set to AP anymore)
SSID isn't actually broadcasted and clients can't find nor connect
to the hotspot
* So let's remove this as removing it doesn't seem to have any
negative consequences but fixes hotspot, also disable an
ugly warning caused by this which isn't actually a problem

PLB (Protective Load Balancing) is a host based mechanism for load
balancing across switch links. It leverages congestion signals(e.g. ECN)
from transport layer to randomly change the path of the connection
experiencing congestion. PLB changes the path of the connection by
changing the outgoing IPv6 flow label for IPv6 connections (implemented
in Linux by calling sk_rethink_txhash()). Because of this implementation
mechanism, PLB can currently only work for IPv6 traffic. For more

PLB support is added to TCP DCTCP code. As DCTCP uses ECN as the
congestion signal, PLB also uses ECN to make decisions whether to change
the path or not upon sustained congestion.

rcv_wnd can be useful to diagnose TCP performance where receiver window
becomes the bottleneck. rehash reports the PLB and timeout triggered
rehash attempts by the TCP connection.

We had various bugs over the years with code
breaking the assumption that tp->snd_cwnd is greater
than zero.
Lately, syzbot reported the WARN_ON_ONCE(!tp->prior_cwnd) added
in commit 8b8a321ff72c ("tcp: fix zero cwnd in tcp_cwnd_reduction")
can trigger, and without a repro we would have to spend
considerable time finding the bug.
Instead of complaining too late, we want to catch where
and when tp->snd_cwnd is set to an illegal value.

In order to track CE marks per rate sample (one round trip), TCP needs a
per-skb header field to record the tp->delivered_ce count when the skb
was sent. To make space, we replace the "last_in_flight" field which is
used exclusively for NV congestion control. The stat needed by NV can be
alternatively approximated by existing stats tcp_sock delivered and
mss_cache.
This patch counts the number of packets delivered which have CE marks in
the rate sample, using similar approach of delivery accounting.
