59b8d9fd62 pinctrl: freescale: fix COMPILE_TEST error with PINCTRL_IMX_SCU

When PINCTRL_IMX_SCU was selected by PINCTRL_IMX8DXL or PINCTRL_IMX8QM
combined with COMPILE_TEST on a non-arm platforms, the IMX_SCU
dependency could not be enabled.

4e29f211ad pinctrl: freescale: mxs: Fix refcount of child

of_get_next_child() will increase refcount of the returned node, need
use of_node_put() on it when done.

Per current implementation, 'child' will be override by
for_each_child_of_node(np, child), so use of_get_child_count to avoid
refcount leakage.
